Tech 001 is an acid based detergent for the removal of oxidation products from aluminium surfaces. Tech 001 Contains hydrofluoric acid for fast and complete removal of metal oxides that have stained or discolored aluminium and stainless steel surfaces after welding operations.
The presence of Hydrofluoric acid also makes Tech 001 is also very effective for removal of silica residues and scales from many surfaces that would otherwise have been impossible to clean, and due to its detergent base, these surfaces are generally left in a smooth semi bright finish that is easy to polish to a high shine. |

USE:
For industrial use only.
Ensure correct protective clothing is worn before using TECH 001
Ensure first aid cabinets contain a supply of calcium Gluconate gel and liquid for immediate treatment in the event of skin
or eye contact.
Use undiluted or prepare solution, then simply apply with a broom or mop starting from the bottom and working up. Allow
5-10 minutes for penetration then rinse off.
Light Soils: Dilute 1:5 with water.
Medium Soils: 1:3 with water.
Heavy Soils: Use Neat.
SAFETY:
First Aid: If poisoning occurs contact your nearest doctor of poisons Information Centre on Ph: 131126.
Eyes: If splashed in eyes flush with water for 15 minutes. Seek medical advice.
Skin: Wash affected area with soap and water.
Inhalation: If mists are inhaled, remove patient to fresh air. Seek medical advice.
Swallowed: Do not induce vomiting - give milk or water to dilute. Seek medical advice.
